Admission Procedure

Nursery to Class XII

For Classes Nursery to Class XII

Admission Procedure starts with Registration of the student. The process begins in the month of December every year. The admission begins in the month of January. No admission test is taken for Pre-primary and Primary classes students. Their admission is done under On The Spot Admission (OTSA). Admission to Nursery and K.G. classes will be given on the basis of Birth Certificate. For other classes transfer certificate and Marksheet will be required.

Age Criterion:-

For the session 2025-26, the age limit for admission in pre-primary and primary classes is fixed as per Government order as follows-:

2 KG-I Minimum Age 4 Years & Maximum Age 5 Years 6 Months
3 KG-II Minimum Age 5 Years & Maximum Age 6 Years 6 Months
4 Class I Minimum Age 6 Years & Maximum Age 7 Years 6 Months

 

No Admission shall be taken in Class X and Class XII directly, approval of Authorities of CBSE Board is required for admission procedure.

Admission to the Class IX is on the basis of result of Class VIII and admission, to Class XI is entirely on the basis of result of Class X. Admission to the classes, other than the mentioned ones will be based on School Policies. Interaction with parents is also a part of admission procedure. The fee rules can be obtained from the School Office. Kindly do not request for any fee relaxation. 

Note: The school reserves the right to refuse the admission at any stage to any student on academic, medical, disciplinary, or any other ground. The decision of the Secretary will be final in this regard.
