Good eating habits means the right way of eating something in front of anyone. We should not make sound while eating something. Wash your hands before and after every meal. Don't throw or waste food. Do not take too much food to eat. Use tissue paper or cloth while eating. Eat healthy food for being fit and healthy. Do not eat too muchof junk food. It is not good for health.
